Elizabeth North is a landmark commercial development in Melbourne’s biomedical precinct, home to CSL’s Global Headquarters, Royal Melbourne Hospital’s new campus, Melbourne City Toyota, and key retail tenants.

While at the Giuliano Group Marketing Studio, I developed the brand identity, brochure, landing page, and construction site hoarding to position the development for potential tenants.

Guided by the tagline “The Forefront of Innovation”, the branding balances strength and modernity. A white textured pattern symbolizes progress, while navy blue conveys professionalism and stability. Teal accents inject energy and innovation, creating a sophisticated yet forward-thinking identity that aligns with the precinct’s cutting-edge nature.
